Lesbian question??

Can you be lesbian and find Fictional male characters attractive.

Ik I love girls wanna only date them BUT sometimes I look at a fictional male character and think he’s cute is that normal and ok like they ain’t real and I’m not interested in dating any men.

im sure thats true and in a way maybe its subconsciously a way for you to deal with feelings you might have towards guys that is perfectly safe to do and wont mess up how you think of yourself.

Meh sexuality is a spectrum, but its also made up. Labels exist to communicate your interests to others, so if you're only interested in being with women, identifying yourself as/with lesbian is probably apt.

Hey there are plenty of people who think that fox dude from zootopia is hot and no one worries about them being attracted to actual foxes, right? There are also plenty of people who like certain tropes in fiction like enemies to lovers or toxic yuri, obviously they don't think real people trying to murder each other or being awful to each other is something to romanticise. Similarly, its not a real man your crushing on. Its a bunch of pixels the creator decided to call a man.

Also, many queer people forget this but labels aren't supposed to be boxes you need to fit into perfectly. Labels are tools used to help find people like yourself, and to help to try and put concepts into words. But concepts like love are complicated, so labels aren't going to perfectly fit everyone all the time, that's why language evolves. Some people are going to be really mean to you if you call yourself a lesbian because they'll think you're not a "true" lesbian(which is rhetoric that's been used to harm plenty of people in the past before btw), but that's just a word that helps you explain your experiences, and they don't understand your personal emotions and experiences, so don't let them force you to call yourself a label you feel doesnt fit or give up one that does. After all, if gender is fluid, then so is sexuality.

you can always just be aesthetically attracted to men!! that's what it's like for me, like i can say oh that guy is cute objectively; they're also just fictional characters like a key thing is that they're NOT real and depending on the fictional character u can always just make them into a lesbian (what i do w link tloz)
