SFE maintenance payment due but no entitlement summary inbox

Went to check on SFE website when payment date was, thought I'd go check Inbox to download letters etc and there's nothing in there relating to this years studies or even the entitlement letter now?.

I can still see it saying Ready to make payment thing before they send it but worried as there is no entitlement in my inbox or anything relating to my current years study in there only previous years.

Maintenance payment is due 28th April if that helps also.

Hi there,

If you click on your application for this year, and view payments it will show your payment dates and amounts due. You're best doing this on a laptop/pc as phones/tablets/ipad don't bring up all options.

Hi Claire, I’ve just checked on payments and it is still saying ready to be paid, it’s due on the 28th of April so when should that update?

Usually in the next couple of days. Have you checked this on your pc/laptop? If so, can you see anything that says 'Awaiting confirmation?'

Okay, this all sounds normal - when a payment is due on a Monday it will be released on Thursday afternoon/evening.

So, the payment will show as 'submitted' later on today. Feel free to login tomorrow morning and your account will show this for sure.
