They say UCL do not do clearing but you can ask them on results day and If you meet there entry requirements they think that is fine

Is the course open in Extra?

If so then apply now. Don’t wait for clearing.

Go on UCAS course search and filter to courses with vacancies.

Then if it’s listed ring UCL to check that’s correct.

They might - in exactly the same way they might in clearing. And that’s IF the course is still open in clearing which is pretty unlikely given UCLs historical clearing presence.

Have you asked if they’ll accept a new PS?

Waiting for clearing is the most risky option available. It’s incredibly silly to choose not to apply now when they have vacancies.
Agree with the above, you should apply now regardless of their position on submitting a new PS.

they are not offering that course now it's closed. So I'll have a look during clearing
does anyone think computer science will go on clearing for UCL, kings or imperial????

Presuming the courses are closed now, I would go as far as to say no chance.
