I got an offer from qmul for business management and its for DDD (BTEC) if i get a DDM how likely is it they would still accept me? Has anyone been accepted for lower in the past?

Queen Mary had records of accepting marginally missed grades. But don't bother that at the moment. Just concentrate at your studies and get the best grades. Good Luck.
