I am a Year 12 student wanting to study chemical engineering at university, is the book ‘Liquid’ by Mark Miodownik*a good wider reading book as it focuses on fluids?

I haven't read it myself but yes, those types of books make good reading for potential engineering students as they are informative about the wider engineering/industrial/scientific context.
