Entered the wrong university in my SFE application

Hi there,

I've just applied for student finance and I must've mis-clicked and picked a university that I never applied to on UCAS. So now, my student finance application has a different university on it, which wasn't any of my 5 choices. Is this a problem?
I know you're able to change the university since choices are not certain, but is it a problem if it's NOT my choice at all?
I'd really appreciate some help so I can get it fixed asap IF it's necessary.

Thank you,
Vera.

SFE won’t cross check against your university until September when you enrol.
They don’t have access to your UCAS application to check if your university is your firm choice or not.

Put through the form to amend your university and course asap and it should be fine.

Hi there,

We would advise to amend the application as soon as possible as it should the university you're going to on the application. You can change this online in your account. If you click on view/manage your application, change your application and course details. If it doesn't let you do this online, it will give you the option to complete the CO1 Change of Circumstances Form to complete and upload under the evidence upload option.

Thanks,
Claire
