Get Revising Study Planner Glitch

I was wondering if anyone knew how to help. A few weeks ago, I created a study planner for my upcoming exams, which the planner generated and I modified based on my preferences. I also manually added what I would do in each session. A few days ago I tried to check the upcoming weeks and it has all been deleted, including the exams. They only appear when I go to the exam tab and re-enter them. Is there any way to recover it as soon as possible, as there appears to have been some sort of glitch? I have contacted them directly, but haven't received a response. Is there anything I can do?

I've had a similar problem that Get Revising won't create my study planner into a PDF so I can print. I subscribed in case it had changed to a payment only option, but it still doesn't work. I've today contacted them for a refund.
