honestly its just practice for maths. use past papers and you can even just search up hard gcse topic questions for example 'grade 9 circle gcse questions maths' and there's a bunch of random resources that come up- this was the first I got https://naikermaths.com/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Equation-of-Circles-and-Tangents.pdf for example but there's many. I used MrBartonMaths too.
make sure when correcting dont just go thru the mark scheme when u get a question wrong. attempt it again then check over it even if its a one mark question
also make sure u do the papers in timed conditions. best tip is to practice to practice to get a paper done in about an hour so in the real exam you can leave the remaining 30 mins for the harder questions. this helped me so much as I was able to get pat papers done in just under an hour so in the real thing I had plenty of time left for the harder last questions
if you've ended up doing all the past papers or question banks of ur exam board feel free to go to other exam board resources they're still testing the same thing roughly. good luck ur doing great!

Hey, QUA are running a UK wide Maths Mock test this sunday at 4pm. If you want to improve your maths then doing past papers is the best way to do it! It is available for both Foundation & Higher papers:

Foundation: wa.quaprep.ai/27mock-f
Higher: wa.quaprep.ai/27mock-h
