How does a Conditional Offer work?

Hello, I have a Conditional Offer requiring that I just need to provide an IELTS exam or some equivalent. From my understanding, the school took my grades from High School because I had already met the requirements of the course. However, I'm currently at another university doing their foundation course after deciding at the last moment not to head to an UCI - parents- and I missed one of the course assignments for the foundation course because I couldn't make it. Would my offer be affected? Thanks for in advance for answering!

You need to email the Uni asap with all these details, and wait for their reply.
No-one can tell you if your offer will be impacted by not having completed all of your Foundation course, or what that Uni might accept to meet their English Language requirement.
