Hi everyone I’m resitting the Unit 14 IT Service Delivery exam and would love to hear about the Part B scenario you got, what services did they need. Any tips or quick pointers would really help me get ready.

Hi, i’m resitting the exam, luckily i did my research before the easter break so here’s the scenario:
Pawz Palace dog company
dog day care and kennels from monday to Friday 7am-7pm
hardware requirements:
buzzer tablet automated closing door cctv PCs, safe
software requirements:
Vaccinations, employee management, rota system, check-in & check-out system, inventory management, integration(CRM), website, app, scheduling system, firewall, wifi, encryption system, POS,

future requirements: from scenario
- a website for booking with real time availability options
- an app to for dog owners to see video footage of their dogs (dog webcams)
- an IT system to check for maintenance’s that need to be completed

btw this is what u wrote down on my notes and i also added some software and hardware requirements, good luck to those resitting !

Ahh okay thanks for replying would you mind telling me what the Part B scenario is? I’ve got mine Friday and it would honestly help so much appreciate it
