“How do you build a feedback-driven culture in your workplace?

Hi everyone,
I’ve been focusing a lot lately on how to build a stronger, more open culture in my team especially when it comes to giving and receiving feedback. It’s easy to say “we’re open to feedback,” but actually creating a system where people feel safe and encouraged to speak up is a real challenge.

I recently started using a tool called Star360Feedback to help gather anonymous input from team members, peers, and managers. It’s been a game-changer in helping people share honest thoughts without fear of judgment.

Curious to hear from others:

How do you encourage honest feedback in your teams?

Are you using any tools or methods that have worked well?

What challenges have you faced in creating a feedback-friendly culture?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

I go on student forums and ask their advice on approach rather than asking my team.
