DSA. What evidence should I send? Mine keeps getting rejected.

Can anyone give me some advice?
Medical evidence from whoever diagnosed you, plus any other reports that were related to the assessment. I am autistic so I sent my ASD diagnosis letter, but also the letter from the initial assessment and the ADOS report (a scored system used to help diagnose autism).
