Timing was so bad. I didn’t write conclusions for 3 questions ahh I’m so scared now 😔

Basically just talking about how end of road festival has a social responsibility to be like environmentally friendly etc. I said like how with csr, it shows employees that they’re working with a business that donates to a good cause to will motivate them and lead to better performance and said for the against point that they lose profit because they donate some of it to children who have been in war etc

Entrepreneurial motives? I talked about resilience and dependence. I don’t even know if that counts 💀

HELLLOOOOO, did anyone actually use ratios for the questions I’m sure you could just use margins ?

Entrepreneurial motives, are things like flexibility of being own 'boss', challenge of running own business, and financial - make profits etc . Its didn't ask for 'roles' or 'characteristics'

Yeah exactly, I was thinking of writing like protectiveness or resilience but then I deeped it doesn’t even make sense, so I just used logic from there. Just tried to think of **** that would motivate an entrepreneur to start a business so I said profit minimisation and independence/full control or ownership
