I honestly think I got lucky, the last thing I revised before the exam was external causes of change so I found it pretty good. I was also prepared for a Marketing Mix quesrion on either Product or promotion as they've asked about it almost every year and have already asked about price and place.

for motivation I put job rotation and for recruitment I put by putting a job listing online and asking people to submit a CV as it's easy to read and and easily see what skills / experience they have and then I said they could run an apprenticeship programme where they hire someone whose interested in sport and exercise and then train them to become a personal trainer
