What's the technique to writing a 9 marker

Reply 4

I tend to do either one or two points and ensure good chains of analysis. Marks are ao1-2 ao2-3 ao3-4. I tend to use that as a guide too

How do you actually write a 25 marker essay. I've been told you should have an intro, first paragraph (e.g. for) and a however sentence in there and repeat that 3 times. 2 for, 1 against. And then write a conclusion. Is that enough?

So we all know nothing 5 days out

my teacher says 3 paragraphs total, 1 for, 1 against but both should include a however, then the conclusion is you picking the stronger argument, adding it depends on factors, considering both argument but ultimately having a solid reason for whichever argument you're leaning towards. the conclusion is worth the most marks so make sure its not brief and don't include new points as the should've been explained in your main paragraphs

and 25 markers im cooked for them

9 markers are usually just 2 paragraphs with good chains of analysis and application to real life industries/businesses. 25 markers are the same thing but around 4-5 paragraphs with a conclusion and also an application to real life business or industries. Say if you were asked a 25 marker about whether or not businesses have to have ethical objectives, you would explain your point for and against, but it needs to be as balanced as you can make it 3 paragraphs for/against and 2 paragraphs for/against and then add businesses in every paragraph that does or doesn't do that such as Ben and Jerry's in one paragraph and then Sports Direct in another. If that makes sense??
