quality assurance TQM and six sigma 😭 was gonna put quality control but changed my mind cuz i assumed that would come under quality control turns out most my friends put quality control

That was honestly the worst DT paper I've ever seen (the densitometer question really threw me off, so did screen printing, I don't know why they were such big parts of the exam), how did everyone else find it?

every question but the densitometer and 1st five marker was good tbh. my group found it mediocre but the long mark questions were decent tbh loved the streamlining q

For the maths one about pop rivets did you do 1 or 2 pop rivet guns? I wasn’t sure at you’d need 2 to finish it in the time, but the question said calculate the price of pop rivets and rivet gun (singular)

I think it took to long to do it with one rivet gun so you had to use two but I didn’t use the waste allowance did you

Yeah I used the allowance for price of rivets but only put 1 gun as the wording of the question said gun not gun(s). Should hopefully only lose 1 or 2 tho

Yeah I didn’t get why I would need to use the allowance so I just worked out the value and hopefully get a mark for that

What did you do for the isometric question?? It feels so simple but it really got to me and convinced I did the shorter roof wrong

Yeah I struggled on that question. I normally find them questions alright and always complete it but this one tripped me up

i put that 7.5 percent of the rivets would be wasted which pushed the number of boxes from 5 (250 rivets) to 6 (300 rivets)

totally tripped me up too, because it said 45 degrees i went two along and two up to i didnt see the other side of the roof, it made it look really janky and odd
