For CLA what type of features would you pick out in order to support Piaget

cognitivism under (sensorimotor stage, pre operational stage, concrete operational stage and formal operational stage) stages , maybe link to play, Hallidays imaginative taxonomy. Maybe link to Catherine Garvery's theory as well.

does anyone know a good way to structure paragraphs for section A 🥲🥲

1 paragraph: introduction with GRAMPS (genre, register, audience, mode, purpose, social context of text) and then link back to question

2/3/4 paragraph: analysis of language e.g. state language device as specific as you can, WHY it is used and how it affects the tone of the test and the affect on the audience, WHY it has been used in relation to the texts cultural/historical context and then link back to question

5 paragraph: conclusion of all your points stated (e.g, why the author used a stative past tense verb etc etc and then link back to cultural context of the text and the GRAMPS stated in the intonation

This has managed to get me an A* in all my essays so far so hope it helps  good luck!

best advice I can give is make sure you follow the GRAMPS idea, even if it's not in chronological order and make you use specific language devices within your explanation to hit the high marks. Apart from that keep using the word 'represents' and 'representation' within the analysis to link it back to the question.
A tip I learnt a bit later too is that your analysis doesn't need to be in a paragraph order so don't worry if you're not able to mention every single thing in the text. As long as you've mentioned the important stuff
All the best guys!

My school only teaches us spoken so I'd be well and truly doomed if there were two writing questions haha! Makes me think that it's guarenteed to he one written one spoken because I'm pretty sure my school isn't the only one that teaches just one of the two
