If jealousy comes up in Shakespeare’s Othello I might just dance in the exam

Hi! I do The Handmaid's Tale, A Streetcar Named Desire and Feminine Gospels for 2B.
Does anyone have any predictions for the comparison? My teacher and I think it is identity, it would be amazing, but given today's paper 1 it makes me think they'll do something random, or recycle the 2020 or the 2021. Which could be inequality or opposing ideals and values.

Does anyone have any question predictions for Carol Ann Duffy on its own and then comparing Streetcar and Rev Road?

I'm not really sure for Duffy since any questions they do usually has some critical opinion, and there doesn't seem to be a clear pattern, but for the comparison, I hope it is identity. But basically all they do is some sort of conflict or isolation, they could do something about gender inequality, discrimination, moral attitudes. I think this paper is a little harder to predict , I'm basically looking through the AQA sample unseen prose questions just to see what themes they can think off and preparing plans for them incase any variation comes up.

Thank you so much! I agree that this paper is difficult to predict haha, I am really hoping for something along the lines of gender inequality!

That would actually be a great question. I would really love an identity question too, I'd like to compare Gospels to Streetcar.
What are your favourite poems to use if you do Duffy on its own? I tend to compare it to Handmaid's or Streetcar.

Im trying to make connections across the three texts, Handmaid's, Streetcar and Feminine Gospels, for moral attitudes. So far I've looked over moral relativism, values, responsibility, honesty and truthfulness, religion. Does anyone have any more ideas what to discuss for that particular topic, or if you just have any general ideas about moral attitudes in either text?

not sure, maybe something to do with suffering/masculinity? the disconnect between frontline and generals has already come up as well as effect on women, if it’s a character question maybe prior?

omds do you think it’s likely for rebellion to come up?

Does anyone here do The First Casualty, Wilfred Owen, or Journey’s End here? And if so any predictions? I think Osborne might come up as a character question for Journey’s End as he’s never come up.
