tbh i’m not certain!! but always worth doing an essay plan i’d say, i think amir as an unreliable narrator is both broad/specific, and you could cover lots of aspects (childhood, women, ethnicity) and it ties into redemption so i reckon it’s a viable option but i have no real idea LOL

Okay thank you! I’m hoping for something like redemption or memories and the past, hopefully not a character question I just feel like it’s too narrow :/ also are you planning on learning quotes or just relying on the book? I’m not sure what to do

just gonna use the book, i’m fairly confident with where things are in the text and i don’t use many quotes in practice anyway, hbu?

Hi guys!! I do handmaid's and streetcar comparison, unseen prose and feminine gospels.
I'm so nervous for paper 2 because I didn't do very well on paper 1.. do you guys have any tips for writing essays?

hey! i study handmaids tale, kite runner and Blake poetry. does anyone have an idea as to what the unseen extract could be ik it's really hard to predict so might be a stretch. also any tips on how to plan or revise for unseen would be so helpful?!

for unseen just practice loads of extract annotation! use past papers and keep practicing annotating them through the lens of psp, and see what critical lens you can connect them to!

I feel like I’ve memorised quite a few I’m just worried I’ll spent too long in the exam finding the right page so I’m feeling unsure, honestly just praying it’s a nice questions for TKR

yeah it’s been modern prose from 21st century for the past 2 years it’s bound to be some older pre 1900 stuff this year

my teacher thinks it’ll be a drama, they’ve only done poetry once i think so she thinks that’s unlikely but maybe it will come up bc they haven’t done it

My teacher thinks it will be romantic poetry so idk, I’m just going to revise both dramatic and poetic methods to be safe🙏

My predictions for B (for atonement) are either the impacts of war, social pressures contributing to Robbie and Cecilia's separation or Briony not committing her crime with bad intent.
For C I'm predicting social welfare contributing to crime, if 'justice' is achieved by the end of the text or the portrayal of violence in crime texts.
