I'd suggest get the one you're most confident in done first so you can go into the other one with a good mindset? That's what I do. I do stats first then mechanics

i agree. i do stats first cuz its a lot easier for me get it done then lock in on mech for the remaining time (hopefulyl id have like 1h20 ish)

What topics are most likely to come up for statistics and mechanics? I have a feeling aqa is gonna give us a 9 marker on moments

Other way round lmao, I made a couple of silly mistakes on p2 but thought p1 was solid. Praying the grade boundaries don't go up

Yeah same. I did absolutely abysmal on p1 so I'm hoping p2 and p3 can carry me to atleasr a B lol

After p3 we should make a comparison spreadsheet or something on google docs or the likes

Where you rate how you found each paper, what mark you think you got and how you usually do on papers/mocks.

Also! Completed all the applied papers, and will do them ALL again tonight.

Can someone please share the WORST topic that they think could come up. I’m scared there is some spec point that just never gets assessed I’ve missed just doing papers.

Centre of masses of 3d objects? Never has come up before but is in the textbook. Similarly cross product definition of moments

for A* im feeling like a 230 maybe it was like 240 last year but their papers were so light i got above 90 in them all so they'll drop a tad

My fm teacher says they're gonna go up, but considering I've had to learn pretty much all the spec outside lessons cos she's so shite at teaching, I think they're probably gonna be a little lower (fingers crossed)
