For q9 I think Aqa might be harsh and just give a balancing conflicting interests question to throw us off, especially since we got the most anticipated q9 questions for both of the last two papers… I wouldn’t put it past Aqa to not give us morality after last year’s crim paper

i agree i like it but its so much harder then tort or criminal just because there is so many more like possible scenarios with minor details that would alter outcomes majorly! crazy
