Hello! I’m currently in year 13, and my A Levels start in may. My teacher went super slow and we haven’t covered paper 3 completely yet for human rights and I’m really scared as exams start super soon and I don’t know if I’ll be able to make notes and revise for paper 3 section B effectively. If anyone has notes or tips that will be of use to me could they please private message me! I’d really appreciate it as my mental health is deteriorating by the day.
I’d also appreciate any tips and notes for Section A of paper 3- the Nature of Law, as my teacher expected us to do it our self and I didn’t understand it properly by myself.

For contract law, Part 1 has usually included things from formation and terms , like consideration, privity, classification etc
and part 2 has usually included things later in the topic like misrepresentation, frustration, economic duress?
Is this intentional or coincidence? can we expect this to happen again so only revise the earlier topics and do part 1?

This sounds really bad since the exam is in like 5 days but I am still struggling sm with how to actually answer a HR scenario. Our teacher just threw the textbook at us and did not actually teach us anything and I feel like I’m writing a lot of information with no structure whatsoever - could anyone please help me out?
