is it really as simple as revising negligence, private nuisance, rylands v fletcher , occupiers liability and vicarious liability bc why do i feel like the jump from paper 1 content to paper 2 is so significantly different 😭😭

What about section A?

Same omggg but the section A there is evaluation for every section so that sort of makes up for it, but think about tort compared to human rights it’s so tiny

wait wdymm i thought human rights and tort is so tiny in comparison to paper 1 content 😭😭 i’m scared that im missing something out. like there’s only 5 torts to revise whereas u gotta learn like 15 criminal offences

it’s probably because the steps for torts like negligence are so much longer, like when looking at risk factors, there 5 different parts, and even OLA is split into 2 different torts

wait so is the UK law part only able to come up in a single 20 marker? if so i might just sacrifice those 20 marks and focus on HRAs

Yes I’ve had it in mocks before, they may pair two together like a 20 marker on harrassment and duty of confidentiality or they can do a single one like judicial review

i mean it’s only a 20 marker so i think i’m gonna leave it so i can focus on other things 🥲🥲 it seems like a LOTTT to revise so i don’t mind sacrificing 20 marks LOL

On all past papers I’ve seen theyve been one human rights then one enforcement

It can be in either the essay or both scenarios so it could be nearly 60 marks though

wait for the essay too?? on the spec it says only the articles and the human rights act for critical evaluation

Reply 17

you only have to do evaluation for the HRA 1998 and ECHR articles, none of the english law but i suppose you could use it for AO1 in the odd essay depending on what it’s asking

Problem questions revise everything because theres so little topics most likely all will be covered. Essay most likely OLA 57 but possibly VL as they love it so much. Paper 3 Section A its most likely law and morality and the rule of law as society and justice were on last year. contract i need help myself cuz i dont understand a single bit lolz.

do you lose marks for not putting section numbers (eg. s1(3)(a) of OLA 57) or the wrong ones. also for case law if you put the wrong case name but explain the facts of the case to make it clear you know the case will it be worth marks.
