thoughts?

It was okay, not quite as well as I thought but other members of my class seemed to like it. Felt like it was a medium-hard paper. Your thoughts?

Man that sucked for me, didn't really get question 4 and struggled a bit everywhere else losing to stupid mistakes, like with the 77kNC question i did the wrong method and got a stupidly big number instead of 8.9, man i hope i get a B

it was the one where you had to find the PD of the capacitor, i did a really roundabout way and got a huge answer, you were meant to us E=V/d, i didnt know which one to use and figured 50/50 shot so i went with the other method, maybe ecf marks? idk i need a B overall to get into uni and i got 2 C's last year, so i really need a B in this exam

i'd say similar to 2019, it wasn't a super difficult paper i just butchered it lmao

I hands down skipped too many questions, it’ll be a miracle if I get a C let alone a B.

definitely ecf marks, if carried on. getting two C’s last year is brilliant, had to resit this year😬😬

will the method be ecf? i did some weird stuff like U=q^2 /2 then subbed U into E=1/2CV^2 to get V

Muchhh easier than the 2024 paper.

Reply 17

Did anyone else get 20 x 10^6 for the velocity of the proton in the cyclotron? 😭 If not, what did you get?

We worked it out in pt 1, it was radius 28.5cm and width 0.115 mm
