My teacher always say paper 3 is the same paper each time so just practice past papers and understand the mark scheme. Other than that maybe knowing practicals

I could see radioactivity coming up and plotting data to find decay constant

I think there’ll be capacitors, oscillations, circular motion/suvat stuff maybe some energy transfer and nuclear radiation
