90 degree phase difference I thought. dx/dt = speed. dv/dt = acceleration. acceleration proportional to pressure. Therefore 90 degree phase difference between displacement (amplitude) and pressure variations due to the sound. At high frequencies for the dynamic this is bad. Its higher inertia rounds out the sharp edges of the square looking sound wave so condenser is better.
