Wondering what the topic was on the WJEC English Language Paper 2 - AQA used the Midwich Cuckoos in 2025, which was on the WJEC Paper in 2024 (but different bit). Just thinking...

So, our one was on 'READING' so we had 5 diffrent texts and stuff on it. There was a sythesis, and some other stuff. Then section B I think there was a Narrative question idk what it was the OTHER option was an exposition. The question was " the author from text C says that 'reading for pleasure is one of the most important things a person can do' write an essay......." I cant rember the end wording but yeah

I took the road trip question to literally,

Because on one of the text (D)

They winter went to loads of different locations

I thought we had to do something like that...

I didn't realise it could just be home to another place

,🤦

So instead I first made a joke, about having to go to the shops to get snacks

Can I talked about how UK is cheaper and better because no passport stuff.

But yeah I ****ed it up

What were we meant to do for the road trip writing question (talking about WJEC, not Eduqas) I'm worried I read it wrong. Were we meant to write an article encouraging people to road trip in the UK? That's what I did. I did an intro, then suggested road tripping in a few different areas of the UK, then an ending.

to be honest guys I really wouldn’t worry too much about the road trip section. As long as you followed the prompt I think its fine, it should just be as you interpreted it.

Do you remember the prompt, because I feel like I completely misread it.
