i swear people who are saying its easy are lying to themselves like some of the questions were really hard. For example, the one with u+1 and whatever which nobody I've asked has got that or even knows where to start with it. Moreover, if the test was so "easy" than why are the grade boundaries always ridiculously low like 50% for an 7.

What was the answer to the sine rule question

I got slightly above the length that was given but it didn’t look right to me… I did that length / sin(48)

What questions came up, my daughter struggled just wondering what topics came up

Cumulative frequency (although its unlikely that it will come up again), equation of a circle, term-to-term sequences (again its unlikely to come up now that its already come up), lines of best fit + correlation, circle theorems (this is likely to come up as the question was very small), factorising expressions (always a useful skill for these exams), differences between expressions and identities and equations and formulae, functions, simultaneous equations, sampling techniques, growth and decay, and some other things I forgot to mention. That being said, I am not your daughter and therefore I do not know exactly what she struggled on, so I would suggest possibly asking her what she found difficult in order to gain a more accurate picture of what she may need to focus on.

Wow, how helpful Mr Banks Sir I am forever in your debt I didn't realise you weren't katies daughter until you specified. Thanks ever so much for clarifying it really helped. However senior you forgot to mention the maths in the paper. There were also quite a few numbers on the exam which was quite unexpected. Mr banks sir please could I have an explanation as quite a few numbers were difficult especially my candidate and centre number calculations.

omg Mr brick enjoyer, what a coincidence that we have a similar name. I am so impressed that you managed to do both higher and foundation maths at the same time its so amazing. I found the numbers in the higher paper really tricky however I am inspired to build a fence after the question in the foundation paper. I love bricks!
