Advice on working in care?

Hi

My sister has decided where she wants to go into next after leaving her job in childcare she wants to move to healthcare and would really love to work with the elderly in care homes but she's seen that on a few it says about needing to have a full set of COVID vaccines however it's no longer a legal requirement to have them and she has had one but never got another because she felt ill after the first but stupidly never reported it.

Is there anything she can do to get out of having the vaccine again or is she going to have to have it?

If it's mandatory for to have all up-to-date vaccinations then she'll have to get them as part of the job as it's similar to those who works in hospitals and GP surgeries to have all up-to-date vacancies as and when they are available.

She'll be best talking to the employer she's thinking of working with if successful with interview about this as they will give her the advice required about this matter.
