i applied for the wrong sfe year

I start 25/26 but i applied for 24/25. I contacted them and they told me to cancel and submit a another application, but each time i try to cancel i get redirected to the your account page? I'm unsure on what to do. I'm planning to talk to my head of year tomorrow and trying to call them again but does anyone know why it keeps redirecting me when i try to cancel and what else i could do
