On what basis have you decided the tiering here?
The computing sector doesn't have "target universities" as far as I'm aware. That's purely an investment banking/management consulting thing.

Generally roles in the computing sector are agnostic to where you studied and care more about your performance in technical interviews/leetcode preparation, relevant work experience and/or documented project work on github etc, as I understand.

I agree with this. Its worth focussing on the modules on offer, the university experience as a whole and how much work experience opportunities they provide. A year in industry is so important in a world where I know graduates are expected to have a couple of years experience just to stand out from the crowd.

As above, there aren't any "target universities" for CS - no point learning vague theoretical concepts if you can't put it into practice.

Swap Warwick up to Tier II—it’s consistently top‑ranked for CS and has stellar industry links. I’d also bump Bath to Tier III for its strong placement record, and slide King’s to Tier IV (good reputation overall, but CS entry standards and research lags the others). Otherwise your tiers look solid.

Computer Science graduates from top Schools like these generally do well in earnings compared to other subjects (and other Universities), with CS often topping the subject list. If you're interested in actual earnings, you can find that out for whichever Uni you're most interested in on the government's graduate outcomes site here:

https://explore-education-statistics.service.gov.uk/find-statistics/graduate-outcomes-leo-provider-level-data/2022-23
The Computer Science Schools you mention rank in the most recent data on median earnings 5 years out of Uni as follows:

Cambridge £86,100
Imperial £79,600
Warwick £73,400
Oxford £71,200
Bristol £70,300
Kings £70,100
Birmingham £66,800
UCL £66,100
St Andrews £65,000
Bath £64,200
Durham £62,800
Manchester £62,400
Edinburgh £59,500
