I’m so cooked

I’m in my first year of uni studying pharmacy and my end of year written exam is approaching and there’s so much content I just haven’t even attempted to go over it. I’ve forgotten how to revise since school 😭. Luckily I do remember a level chemistry content which there is a fair amount of but the biology is so confusing and takes ages to get my head around. Does anyone have any advice on how to prepare for my exam with the limited time left? It’s my fault for not starting sooner but I genuinely had no clue how to start ngl

As a 9th grader in high school idk if this will help but try not to stress here are some reasons Cognitive Overload : Revising excessively can overwhelm your brain, making it harder to retain information.

Burnout : Prolonged periods of intense study without breaks can lead to burnout, reducing motivation and productivity.

Quality Over Quantity : Effective revision strategies, such as active

Hopefully this helps idk much 😭 🙏
