question: to expand its business in respond to growth in the cycling market, on your bike is considering 2 options:
option 1: open a second shop
option 2: start to use e-commerce on its website

my answer:

to expand on your bike, the business should begin to use e-commerce on their website, this could help the business to grow as it has access to a global market as well as allowing customers to have the option to pay online, which could be convenient, therefore on your bike can gain customer interest and increase its profit.

however, maintaining this website can be expensive and require maintenance, there for the business will have to recruit and train more employees in order to maintain the website.

in conclusion, on your bike would benefit from a website for e-commerce as it will be convenient for their customers as well as reaching the global market and allowing customers to pay online. which would therefore increase their customer interest. Leading to increased profits for the business.
