Tenancy Takeover for 2025/26 (Nottingham)

Hiya,
I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a 1-bedroom flat. It’s located on North Sherwood Street (right in the city centre, and a 10 minute walk from NTU) and others that live in the building are also students, so it’s easy to make friends while still having you’re own private space. Rent is £190 per week; this includes bills, and wifi is free. The flat has a double bed, separate bathroom, living room, and fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer.
It’s perfect for a student couple or an individual that wants a bit more space and privacy.
