Tenancy Takeover for 2025/26 (Nottingham)

Hiya,
I’m currently looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a 1-bedroom flat. It’s located on North Sherwood Street (right in the city centre, and a short walk from Nottingham Trent University) and others that live in the building are also students, so it’s easy to make friends while still having you’re own private space. Rent is £190 per week; this includes bills, and wifi is free. The flat has a double bed, separate bathroom, living room, and fully fitted kitchen with washer/dryer.
It’s perfect for a student couple or an individual that wants a bit more space and privacy.
