Pip special support loan

Hello, I have sent two letters each one different for proof for special support loan. I have now sent proof that says I get pip from 2023 and will not be contacted again until 2033 on the letter . It also states my pip is ongoing. I not sure what else I can prove for evidence. What do i do?

Hi, I had uploaded it yesterday but checked with the chat in my account if it was received and was told it was still not correct and checked if it was my upload that I had sent and they said it was still not the right one.

Thanks, the evidence you've uploaded certainly sounds fine.

In this case we'd recommend allowing the actual assessment team to review it: if they're fine with the evidence they'll award you the Special Support Loan right then.
