I have received an offer to study BEng (Hons) Electrical Engineering at Nottingham Trent University for the upcoming academic year.

I am from Pakistan and currently exploring the scholarship opportunities available to international students, such as the NTU International Scholarship.

Could you kindly clarify the following:
Are these scholarships limited to the first year only?

Is there any possibility of extending or renewing scholarships based on strong academic performance in the second or third year?

• International Scholarships are typically awarded for the first year only and don’t automatically extend into later years.
• These scholarships aren’t usually renewable, but you can sometimes apply for different scholarships or bursaries in your second or third year, especially if you achieve high grades or contribute actively to university life.
• You should also check with the NTU Student Financial Support Team as they can advise on course specific scholarships, hardship funds, or any sponsorships for continuing students.

We have a wide range of International Scholarships that cover from £2,000 up to 50% off your tuition fees. Some of these are specific to first year only for undergraduate study, while others specify further awards in years 2 and 3.
