Rejected for not responding to requested info even though I responded
I just received a rejection from Uni of Warwick for "not responding to a request for information", even though I responded. I even had a chat with their Live Chat to confirm if they received them and they told me they did. Should I email or call them? Because it doesn't make sense to get rejected for this reason even though I responded.
