Hey, :hello:

Congratulations on your offer to study with us in September! :congrats:

Just as a reminder if you haven't already you will receive invitations for our upcoming offer holder events. We have our Canterbury Offer Holder Event this Saturday where you will have an opportunity to find out more about the foundation year and the occupational therapy degree. You will be able to chat to the academics, current students and check out our amazing facilities.

We also have our virtual offer holder event that is being hosted online on 7th May 18:00-19:30. We recommend you attend both a on campus offer holder and a virtual offer holder as they both deliver something different and are beneficial.

We hope this helps and good luck to starting with us in September!

Please let us know if you have any questions:thumbsup:

Hey, :hello:

Unfortunately, the timetable changes every year and we are unable to give you timetable at this stage. However, you will be given a timetable before you start.

We do not recommend working full time whilst doing a university degree. This is because on average while doing the foundation year you will at university 2-4 days per week and this might change every week. In your foundation year you will not have placements however, when you progress onto Occupational Therapy for example you will have placements, which will be on a rota.

However, it is definitely achievable to have a part time job whilst being at university. At Canterbury Christ Church we also have work available for students when they are studying with us. One role is being a student ambassador. You can pick up work when you want to/need to and will get paid a good wage.

I hope this helps!
