i just memorised all of my notes and blurted every day. i did so many past papers, nearly covered all the gcse content in PMT for chemistry. i printed out the specification list and wrote down every answer to every point. if i couldn't remember a point, i would highlight it and relearn.

honestly i got pretty lucky with my history exam as i kinda left out two of the topics, and hoped for the best that they wouldn't come up and they didn't! for the source paper i just did as many source papers as i can. if you feel like your teaacher marks leniently then try asking any other history teachers. i was always bad at history, but i just sat myself down and forced myself to memorise every key detail.

hi! im someone who was stuck on 5/6/7s throughout my english gcse course so i understand your pain. i kinda found a cheat code to English, and all i did was look at grade 9 essays, by finding them for free online or buying them for £1 and seeing what common things they include. i looked at the language they used and memorised, how they started their sentences, and how they linked points together. for english lang, i looked at every past prompt, and saw which one was the one that came up often. then i prewrote a story that fit that prompt and also was easily editable (so if another prompt came up i could still change my pre-written story to accomodate that prompt).

for macbeth, in particularly, i kinda logically thought that they r not gonna ask about previously asked characters, nor unneccessary characters, so i memorised key quotes for the main characters only. you have to be smart about choosing what quotes to learn, as you obviously don't want to learn 200+ quotes, so i picked the ones that could fit into several themes, and fit for several characters! if you are struggling to find some grade 9+ quotes, then just look online!

honestly just practice, practice, and practice! luckily my school gave out past papers from every year, but you could easily find some on physics&maths tutor. then if you don;t understand a question and the mark scheme is no help, look up the paper on youtube and watch a walkthrough! this is honestly my biggest tip especially for the last questions (like vectors...) because it's very helpful knowing how the maths teachers process the question. so if you just do lots and lots of past papers (and i mean lots bc i did everysingle one possible) you are guaranteed to do well!! good luck

hi i picked my quotes that fit several themes and characters. if you are not sure what quotes to use i recommend looking up "grade 9 jekyll and hyde quotes" or looking up grade 9 essays and see what quotes they use!

sorry for the 2nd reply: i think i picked around 9 quotes for each character that fit for several themes. this is because it's recommened to have 3 quotes per paragraph and 3 paragraphs gives u 9 quotes. also you really wanna make sure you talk about physiognomy as that gives you extra marks for extra knowledge!
my general advice: just make yourself sit down and learn quotes. trust me i know the pain as i hated english and it was my worst subject (i was stuck on 5/6s) but it paid off in the end!

I've only studied 3 topics league of nations, hitler's foreign policy and treaty of versailles. Should I study cold war and containment as well?

my teacher says that if u get the first 10 or 13 questions right in the exam, it's a grade 7

yes but try to aim higher than a grade 7 if you can. the last questions are typically the mark heavy ones and also it won't be guaranteed you get those first 10-13 questions right
