Finding London Accommodation on a TIGHT BUDGET

Hi! I am looking for a 2025-26 London student accommodation. If someone has a suitable accommodation, or is looking for a flatmate, or even like a refer a friend code, in which I can match my budget, please dm me here or reply in the comments with a way I can contact you.

I am starting my Masters in Neuroscience in KCL in Sept 2025. I am currently looking into accommodation, and since I am still financially dependent, my family is only allowing £240 per week for that. I am just trying my luck and posting here because I have no idea how and where to find an affordable accommodation.

I am Female, 22 years old, Asian. I don't drink heavily or smoke. I'm typically quiet and don't make much noise, and I'm clean and tidy. I'm introverted but I'm still open to making friends. I'd like a studio flat (I've kind of given up on that but it'll still be great...) or en-suite. This is because a personal space is important and I'd like somewhere I can retreat. I have a preference of sharing with females, but people of any gender is free to reply to me. I'd also like it to be less than 45 minutes away from KCL's Denmark Hill Campus by public transport. Ideally I'd like to start around mid-Sept and ends in Sept 2026, but ending in June/July is fine too.

Any advice would be appreciated too. Thats all, thanks so much!!

Hi, dear. You will find suitable KCL accommodation properties on uhomes.com. For example, Creek Court (en-suite, £238.02/week, 45min by tube) and Dean House (en-suite, £243/week, 34min by bus) are perfect options that cater to your needs.
