For section b society they haven’t asked a question on philosophers or radical groups so maybe those

Not too sure on economy, maybe cloth trade? Or agriculture

For section A politics Im thinking maybe the civil war or Cromwell

For section A religion didn’t come up last year so I think it’ll be on there this year

For section C last year it was the toleration act so it’ll probs be something on politics or finance since I doubt they’ll ask anything about toleration act again but idk

Sorry this is kinda long
thank you so much!! Do you know how questions about philosophers or radical groups could be phrased? I’m jut struggling to imagine how they would be presented in an exam

Religion did come up last year in section A, it was a question about whether religious issues were the main problems Charles I faced.

Did the exam last year. Economy question was just about Brezhnev so especially revise the other leaders economies (Khrushchev's economy hasn't appeared since 2021 and that was only specific to industry I believe). I think the theme 1 question incorporated theme 3 asking about media and propaganda for the success of Lenin's state. The purely theme 3 question was about the secret police compared to other methods to 'control the people' from the 1960's I think. And im not 100% but I think theme 4 was on women and the family. If I was revising this paper again I would definitely focus on education and social security (employment, housing, healthcare) for theme 4. Theme 2 I would go over all in depth except Brezhnev if your'e a bit screwed for time. Theme 3 can literally be anything and can be worded horribly so make sure you know if the question is asking you to compare to other methods of 'control' or mostly just the stated factor. Finally for theme 1 I would focus on the structure of government for all leaders and how it changed (more or less centralised over time?) and I'd also give time to learning about the leader's personal power during their rule and if this was ever challenged. Remember that all leaders PERSONAL power was threatened no matter how centralised their government was. You don't gain much with theme 5 predictions cuz you should already have an argument your'e ready to make no matter what the question is but I think the stated factor last year was the role of Yeltsin. Paper 1 is the chunkiest paper so once you get thru it, history revision will feel easier fr. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Immigration I'd agree with, for theme 2 I would expect a question on either 1917-1955 or on 1955-80, not combined. Minorities come up last year so not expecting that one.

Theme 3 - maybe living standards? Position of women was last year.

Theme 4 - no clue.
