my exams are on the 9th of may. i have been revising 5-6 hours per day for the last 2 days ans ill continue this, also im planning to do 10 hours on the weekends. i started revision too late an i regret it. im just wondering if this is enough to jump 2 grades. mainly a 5 to a 7

You definitely can, you can even get some 9s! Just put in the hard work, it’s never too late start, remember that its not about the hours, its about the quality of revision. If you are doing good quality revision for 6-10 hours you will get any grade you want. Just keep working consistently like that and bash past papers for every subject. Also isn’t there a half term for 1 week during the exams?

Hey @szainhz,

With 5-6 hours of quality revision on weekdays and 10 on weekends, you should definitely be able to jump several grades in your subjects. As mentioned by Quinn47, remember to use past paper questions as a revision resource, especially this close to exams - they're a great way to test your active recall and to improve your exam technique. What subject are you hoping to move from a grade five to a grade seven in? Is it an essay-based subject or a STEM/practical subject?

Best of luck with your GCSEs,
Eve (Kingston Rep).
