If a 4 is your actual grade level at maths and there hasn't been a mistake, probably not.

There is probably an way to become a banker w/o alevel maths, however most top unis will require you to need a level maths. Bro if i was u and i rlly wanted that job. Id take a gap year and learn all the maths content and then apply for uni

GCSE's mean nothing after school.

I got a C at GCSE maths but fell in love with maths at college, and got A's at A-level maths and further maths (this was before the A* grade was introduced at A-level).

There is no reason you can't retake your GCSE at college if you wanted. But don't let that idea be a distraction as, contrary to what you will be told on here, maths is not required to be an investment banker.
A friend of mine has no mathematical background and studied languages at university, now works for Deutsche Bank.

Wouldn't try A-Level Maths with a 4 at GCSE.
@DerDracologe do you agree?

Without being harsh do you have any evidence you would even be a good fit for this career? I hope you are not simply interested in this career for the salary, as ultimately you wont earn that salary if you are not good at your job or able to stick at the role longterm. Maybe your academic profile is not representative of your true abilities but your subject choices dont align with a data/analytics or number focused career either.

That would be more manageable for your ability in the subject, provided you can manage it alongside 3 a levels 🙂
