Help with at home workout

The gym is a 45minute walk away from me which I don't really have time to do everyday so I wanted a at home workout that will build me muscle and make me look good whilst improving my speed and stamina any ideas I intend to do the workout Monday to Friday as on weekends I work 12 hour shifts so don't have much time. any ideas?

well how long are you planning to set aside to work out and like what muscles

Ideally all muscles across the 5 days I can spare 1 hour maybe more
