Parents supporting application

Hi, I recently received an email from sfe saying that they are still waiting for my dad's info however when we log onto his account it says theres not action need to be done and we completed all the current actions.
This is my application for my second year, when he logged onto his account he didnt have to answer any questions and the actions are already complete.
and it didnt email us to ask for any documents to upload
when i log onto my account it says still waiting for sponsor 1 details

Hi there,
He can still login and click 'support an application' even without the email. If it doesn't allow him to do this online then do ask him to complete the PFF2 paper form. This can then be digitally uploaded to your account or his account and takes an estimated 11 working days to process.
