Student finance renewal - "Awaiting CYI Evidence for previous year - NOT COMPLETE"

Good afternoon,
Around four weeks ago, our youngest daughter submitted her application for student finance for her 2nd term: 2025/26. At around the same time my wife and I also submitted our forms for supporting her finance application. Since then neither my daughter or I have received any correspondence relating to this but when she checked the status of her application today it showed 2 entries for the following "Awaiting CYI Evidence for previous year NOT COMPLETE".
I presume that as we're now in tax year 2025/26 that the evidence for previous year refers to 2024/25. Could you please confirm whether we can expect to receive an email containing the appropriate links to provide this information or do i just need to click on upload your supporting evidence and send a scan of my tax form for 2024/25 ?

Hi Paul,
If you previously asked to be assessed on the current tax year then we will send you the PR2 form at the end of this month which you'll complete with your actual income for 24/25. If you then upload this with evidence of your earnings (P60 etc) then this will update the application in an estimated 9 working days. If you monitor your emails for the email being sent.
