Hi Ava,

I'm probably guessing it will be around office layout, poor customer service and/or poor time management.

guys, make sure you know these things

Decisions to Minimise Sick Building Syndrome:

Improve ventilation: Make sure fresh air can circulate properly to avoid stuffy conditions.

Use non-glare lighting: Prevent eye strain and headaches.

Keep the workplace clean and well-maintained: Reduces dust, mould, and allergens.

Adjustable furniture: Helps posture, reduces back/neck pain.

Control temperature and humidity: Too hot or cold makes staff uncomfortable.

Decor and noise control: Calm colours and less noise help reduce stress and fatigue.

Promote wellbeing: Offer gym, counselling, healthy eating, etc., to reduce stress.

Compare formal minutes with action minutes:

both formal minutes and action minutes state who was present at a meeting

both formal minutes and action minutes state what tasks (actions) must be done, by whom and when

both state the type of meeting, the date and the venue

Adjournment: The suspension or conclusion of a meeting, either temporarily or permanently, usually with the agreement of participants.

Amendment: A formal proposal to change, add, or remove specific parts of a motion during a meeting before it is voted on.

It should be fine,
think about what it says, like specific for example; the task as to clearly state what must be done in order to achieve
