am I the only one that thought that the last page was so bizarre! not hard, just really weird, bc I felt like it had nothing to do with AH chemistry knowledge and was more just testing critical thinking skills. not complaining tho cuz it was 3 marks for 10 seconds worth of work.

Hi
Does anyone remember the answer they put for the structure of intermediate for the enthalpy question?

for the blood volume question where they gave a mass of drug and asked for concentration in blood if 29% of the drug wasn't absorbed (or sumn like that).. were we supposed do our calculation based on on 71% of the mass, as in: 0.71xmass, or what was going on there??

Reply 12

Yes that’s what I did but it was 29.5 so I did .705

Yeah i put basically ethane but one hydrogen missing from one of the carbons replaced with a positive charge (carbocation intermediate)

It was very organic focused I found, not my favourite unit tbh so wasn’t too impressed. Thought the section 1 was decent though and hoping I did alright on the second section though I have absolutely no gauge of how I did bc I kinda forgot. Hoping the grade boundaries are lowered 😹
