Student Finance England Help - Child Pension

Hello, I’m having some trouble with my student finance England application and can’t seem to find answers anywhere. I get a child pension which gets no tax, due to my dad sadly passing a couple years ago. This gets paid to my mother, but it is under my national insurance number, and I was under the impression that this went on her part of the application for my financing under our household income, but there doesn’t seem to be anywhere for it. So, I’m worried this was supposed to go on mine which I have submitted, but I can’t find out anywhere how to check this! So any guidance on where this should go and what my next steps are would be really useful? Thanks.

Hi Henry,

If you get your mum to upload a cover letter to her account advising of the pension and evidence of this (statement showing the yearly amount). The assessors will then review this and update your application with this information. Thanks, Jason
